Education is a fundamental part of social change as well as
positive youth development. Access to education is also an issue of
economic and social justice.

programs and the financial resources you may need to help you get
there. If you are a member of one of the Youth Allies Programs
remember that we are happy to write letters of recommendations for
scholarships and college applications.
Please note that in New Mexico State law enables undocumented
students to attend State schools and recieve State financial aid
including the Lottery Scholarship. To learn more or help to support
the Dream Act that would extend this law to the rest of the
